Orders & Shipping

What are your shipping methods?

We're working hard to get your order packed quickly. Usually all orders packed and shipped in 1-2 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.

Shipping time From 1 to 10 business days. (according to Carriers' information)

Can I cancel or edit my order?

Although we’re unable to edit the products of your order after it’s been placed, we can often help you edit your shipping address or cancel your order completely.

Please contact us with your order number, and we will do our best to help you.

Unfortunately we can’t make any changes once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Not sure about your size?

Inline Skates are different than shoes, the fit is different, and skates have to feel snug, not loose.
Please refer to the size charts on the product's page, and compare them to your actual shoe size.
You can always drop us a message to make sure you're making the right choice.

It is important to find the good size for you, not too loose, not too tight.

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return policy?

When buying from ROVE Skatehouse, you have 14 days since the day you received your item to cancel the contract and request a return. This applies to all returns.

For returns and exchanges, please contact us at hello@roveskatehouse.com with the most details possible.

- We do Not accept returns or refunds on Discounted Items (with a discount sale bigger than 10%)
- We do Not accept returns or refunds on items that strictly specifies it on the Item description (Items shipping from Europe for example)

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be in their original condition, unwashed and unworn, with tags attached. Skates must be returned in skate boxes. Do not place any shipping labels or tape directly on the skate box. Please make sure that Inline Skates do not have any sock fuzz/lint, human or pet hair, dirt, or any other foreign substances before returning them.

The right to cancellation does not apply to products with any signs of wear and tear, or to any custom-made products.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We can provide a return shipping label. All returns have a $9 return shipping label fee, which will be withhold from your refund amount. This fee is waived if you choose to ship using your own method or shipping carrier.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For any size or colour exchange any product, you can simply return your products and place a new order.

When my refund will be processed?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will process refunds not later than 14 days after the day we receive products back from you.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds exclude standard shipping costs, charged on your original order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

All returns have a $9 return shipping label fee, which will be withhold from your refund amount. This fee is waived if you choose to ship using your own method or shipping carrier.

Warranties and issues

In the event that you receive a defective, faulty or incorrect product, please contact us at hello@roveskatehouse.com immediately to exchange it for a replacement product or for a full refund if the same product is no longer available. If the return is a result of our error, shipping charges are covered by ROVE Skatehouse. Damaged packages during transportation with the carriers are not considered defective products.

In case of Warranties, contact us at hello@roveskatehouse.com with the most details possible, including your order number and photos or videos of the problem.

Any returned products that are not found to be defective will be returned to you and we will charge you for the returned transport costs via your original payment method or hold the product until full payment has been received by us for the return transport costs.

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we will have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question as above.

Error in address

ROVE Skatehouse is not liable for any incorrect address information provided by the customer that results in an order not being delivered and fees might be charged if a new delivery method adjustment has to be done.

We may make a deduction from the refund for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
